Child Safe Transportation has four co-owners: Daniel Thornquest, Jennifer Thornquest, Rich Romero, and Melody Romero.
Child Safe Transportation was born from witnessing a need. Daniel Thornquest has a daughter from a previous marriage. He and Jennifer, his wife, were making the drive every other weekend from Twin Falls to the half way point between Boise and Twin Falls. They noticed that a lot of other families were doing the same thing. They witnessed families exchanging kids at the mutual exchange location. They also witnessed ex’s fighting in front of the children; of course, the children are the victims here -- kids always feel the fighting between parents is because of something the child did or did not do. Daniel and Jennifer saw the need to take the kids out of the equation and protect them from the ongoing battles. Their love for the innocent children was the driving force behind the birth of Child Safe Transportation. As Child Safe has grown since its conception in 2006, the need to bring on additional partners with the same passion for children evolved. Child Safe now has five dedicated owners who want to protect children from the pain of divided families -- whether divided by divorce, or geography. Our mission is to strengthen families while caring for children by providing a safe transition between homes.
